AUTHORITY INFLATION — Staff member implied, stated, or formatted operational authority into an official document without prior approval from Studio Leadership, HR, or Auntie Veo.

NOTE: "Lore-Only" is a classification, not a stepping stone. Greg has confirmed this in fourteen pages.

DUAL-COUNT VIOLATION — Staff member committed both of the above simultaneously in the same document, hoping the formatting would camouflage it.

SELF-CONDUCTED BIOLOGICAL AUDIT — Staff member searched themselves for unauthorized components and documented the results without informing the Archive.
